Filled with natural light, this spacious and welcoming chalet accommodates up to 9 guests in an exceptional setting facing the majestic Aiguilles d’Arves. Here, peace, comfort, and spectacular views come together for an unforgettable stay.



Inside, you’ll find 4 comfortable bedrooms, perfect for families or groups of friends. The large, bright living room opens onto a terrace with panoramic mountain views, creating a convivial space to share meals and relaxing moments. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, microwave, as well as raclette and fondue sets, making meal preparation easy after a day in the mountains. The chalet also features 2 bathrooms, a storage room for skis and bikes, and private parking for a hassle-free stay.



The location is a real highlight: at 1,400 m altitude, just 10 minutes from the first ski slopes (Les Bottières) and 20 minutes from La Toussuire – Domaine des Sybelles, one of France’s largest ski areas.



In winter, enjoy skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, and Nordic activities. In summer, set out on hikes, explore mountain bike trails, discover iconic mountain passes, or simply relax and take in one of the most beautiful panoramas in Savoie.
