"Well located boutique hotel in Polanco off the busier streets and walking distance to the Museo de Antropología. Staff gave us great recommendations for exploring the Zócalo and surrounding area as well as for restaurants. The rooms are well appointed and we loved the plants and lighting in the bathroom which made you feel like you were showering in the jungle. Restaurant was also covered in plants and the pizza was one of the best I have had, breakfast included was also tasty with some variety over the 3 days of our stay. Would definitely stay here next time in Mexico City!"

"Everything was fine to the price point. The property location is not ideal for uber as it is right at the busiest corner and the traffic there is terrible. It could take up to 20 minutes waiting for an uber. Communication is not very effective as we reported the washroom sink drainage issue three times but it has not been resolved."

"Overall, we had a very good experience. The room and bathroom were clean, comfortable, and we were able to get a good night’s rest. I really liked having a code to access the room and receiving all the instructions by email beforehand. The room is also very well equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, cups, bottled water, hair dryer, iron, and a safe, which was definitely a plus. There is no A/C, but it wasn’t an issue for us because of the time of year we visited. There is a fan, and opening the window also helps keep the room fresh and ventilated. We had a small issue with the toilet, but it was minor and we were able to fix it ourselves easily. The only thing I would improve is access to the building. The main door stays locked, so you have to ring the bell and wait for someone to let you in. When we first arrived, we waited about five minutes outside with all our luggage, and during our stay there were a few times when we had to wait quite a while to be let back in. We also had a visitor, and getting them inside was a little complicated. Check-in also takes some time since they need to register your ID and have you fill out a log. Other than that, the staff was helpful and we felt very comfortable. The area felt safe, with restaurants, pharmacies, OXXO and other convenience stores nearby. We stayed here because we had a difficult flight connection and needed to spend the night in Mexico City, and it worked very well for what we needed."
