Sea facing house, very ventilated, in two planes, with 2m stone wall that is at floor level of the large balcony (giving you total privacy and security), 7 hammocks, domino table, sun beds, deck chair swing etc. Living room with pre-molded sofa, cable TV, dvd player, and stereo. Dining room, granite table with chairs for 10 people .Three bedrooms, all facing the sea, with air conditioning: 1q. double bed and with triliche, the 2ndq. double bed and bunk bed and a suite with television, double and single bed, social bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and pantry to store groceries. Leisure area with swing, tables, chairs, hammock, barbecue with table and mini bar, shower, etc. Service area and maid's dependence. Has caretaker for the care of external cleaning of the house. Offers bed and bath linen.
The house is extraordinary by the sea with ample parking (6 cars) with a privileged view and wooded play area .

Ótima casa em Japaratinga.

Casa grande e bem equipada na ótima praia de Japaratinga. O proprietário foi sempre atencioso e prestativo e o caseiro, seu Zequinha, sempre disponível para nos ajudar. Recomendo e voltaria de novo.

Só gratidão pela oportunidade que tivemos de alugar essa casa maravilhosa. Começando pela adorável receptividade de Leonardo, o proprietário desse pedacinho de paraíso. Muito educado, nos mostrou todos os cômodos da casa nos mínimos detalhes. A casa é maravilhosa, aconchegante, segura e tinha tudo que poderíamos precisar à nossa disposição. A única coisa ruim foi o dia da volta! Mas, já estamos nos programando para voltarmos. Amamos tudo naquele lugar. Recomendo!

A casa é ótima, muito bem localizada, equipada, com uma área de terraço, jardim e churrasqueira bem grande. Os anfitriões são muito simpáticos e prestativos, dispostos a ajudar sempre que necessário. A praia em frente à casa também é sensacional. Recomendo bastante.

Vista excelente, mas alguns problemas hidráulicos

A casa é bem aconchegante , com uma vista excelente. Recebemos ela bem organizada, mas deixou a desejar na limpeza, principalmente dos banheiros, cujos boxes estavam com cheiro forte de urina e ralos entupidos. Além disso, como os chuveiros elétricos esquentavam demais, tivemos que tomar banho com água fria. Para adulto isso não é grande problema , mas para criança sim. E no chuveiro do corredor, a água é fraca. No mais, seu Zequinha é bem prestativo. A proprietária do imóvel também. A estadia foi agradável, só com esses pontos a melhorar.

Pedacinho do paraíso

A casa da Dra Elisabeth é um verdadeiro lar conta com tudo que é necessário para uma temporada perfeita na praia. Os pontos altos são à vista pro mar, as redes para descansar e a área da churrasqueira. De ponto negativo tem-se a sugestão de troca dos chuveiros da casa. Cabe elogiar, também, o profissionalismo do caseiro, Seu Zequinha, muito atencioso e prestativo, além de ter indicado a sua irmã, Regina, para prestação de serviços de cozinha e limpeza, sendo seus serviços extraordinários ( os pratos elaborados foram dignos de cozinha profissional). Super indicado o espaço da Dra Elisabeth!

EXCELENTE CASA

Excelente casa com vista e localização privilegiada, encontramos a casa extremamente limpa e organizada com tudo que se precisa para passa um fim de sema agradável, imóvel aconchegante e muito ventilado com uma excelente varanda com redes para um descanso depois de um dia de praia. Dona Ana sempre atenciosa e preocupada desde da reserva a até o dia de nossa saída. Seu Zequinha (o caseiro) sempre muito solícito e sempre disposto a nos dar as informações necessárias das praias, passeios, restaurantes, local para comprarmos frutos do mar. Recomendo muito e pretendemos voltar.

Casa maravilhosa, com uma vista fantástica! A casa dispõe de todos os utensílios necessários para uma ótima estadia. A dona Ana Elizabeth é super atenciosa, deixou a casa super limpa para nos receber, com itens de higiene nos banheiros, toalhas super branquinhas e o sr. Zequinha caseiro muito solícito. A praia em frente a casa muito boa. Em outra oportunidade voltaremos!

Sensacional... maravilhosa... perfeita...

Tem tudo que se precisa para uma boa temporada, infelizmente ficamos apenas 10 dias, eu minha esposa e uma amiga... A casa acomoda muito bem.. + de 10 pessoas.. uma vista paradisíaca... local perfeito para descansar.... e repor energia...viajamos 3.000 km.. e não nos arrependemos. E o Sr. Zequinha ( o caseiro), sempre prestativo.. uma figura que adora um cafezinho...Com certeza um dia iremos voltar , Obrigado Dra. Beth. ... até breve.... SUPER INDICADA.... VALE A PENA

Um convite a relaxar.

Casa com localização excelente, com vista para um mar deslumbrante. A área externa é super aconchegante e uma atrativo especial para contemplar a natureza. A proprietária é super solícita e nos deu uma atenção especial com minha filha que estava se sentindo mal no dia do nosso retorno. Muito obrigada, Ana!! Excelente Casa!

A casa é super bem equipada, espaçosa e confortável. Todos os quartos possuem uma vista maravilhosa para o mar, assim como a sala. Não tenho nada a reclamar. Só tenho a agradecer os 10 dias maravilhosos que pude passar com minha família nessa casa. O caseiro foi muito atencioso e simpático e nos ajudou sempre que precisamos. Muito obrigada pela estadia.

Avisei em cima da hora (1 hora de antecedência) e mesmo assim tive uma calorosa receptividade por parte da proprietária e do caseiro, sr. Zequinha (pessoa boníssima e muito humilde). Fechamos com facilidae e sem contratempos. Casa muito ventilada e gostosa. a vista então nem se fala: que saudade do churrasco de camarão VG (comprado dos pescadores na praia em Maragogi), do queijo coalho direto da fábrica e da picanha (do supermerdado mesmo). Isso tudo olhando ou para piscinas rasas e mornas ou para uma lua espelhada nas águas paradas na maré baixa. Lindo d+. Bjos Ana e valeu.
