"Julia was amazing! The day before my arrival she contacted me to confirm arrival time. She was very attentive. The location is very central and in a good area with everything no more than 20 minutes away walking. I would highly recommend for anyone to stay here. "

"The room was modern, warm and spotless. Location is perfect for reaching the station and wondering around the old town. The staff were super helpful and we couldn't fault the whole experience. Such a good find!"
"Hotel was spotless, including the spa. Staff were all great, super helpful, particularly those at breakfast who went over and about to ensure a gluten free breakfast. Thank you for a great stay, we would definitely recommend! "
"This was our first stay at Hotel Polski Pod. We arrived late at night but received a friendly professional welcome. A pleasant well kept building combining traditional features with sympathetic modern updates. Conveniently located a short walk up a quiet side street just far enough away from bustling nightlife of Krakow.
Our bedroom was spotlessly clean and plenty warm enough despite the cold weather. All staff were pleasant and helpful. The breafast offers plenty of continental choice and some hot items ie bacon, eggs, sausages but not 'Full English'. However we would happily return here."
"The room was spotlessly clean and cleaned thoroughly each day. The staff were polite and friendly. The breakfast was amazing with choice for everyone. We would definitely stay again. "
"Tiny room and big breakfast in excellent central location across from a giant modern mall and the train station. The price was right, and I would happily stay there again."
