The customer service was good. However The room needed some cleaning as well as upgrades. The shower head was rusty and needed to be cleaning.

This was one of the worst hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The bed was lumpy and broken. We could hear people stomping above us for hours and the walls were so thin we heard people talking next store. We couldn’t sleep. We will never stay at this hotel again.

The rooms are dated where they have redone things. Clean linens. No bar soap just a pump soap in shower which was not good. Pump soap by sink was orange thick soap and not suitable to wash your face. Have to ask for a hair dyer. Not in rooms.

Great stay
We were in town for a wedding and booked The Captains Quarters. We had a great stay and enjoyed the location - so fun to watch the boats come in and just a short walk into town. The place was clean and comfortable and the hosts were great. Thanks for sharing your place with us!
