    The space
Camp Coronado sits on a quiet residential street just steps from the historic Shoreby Hill neighborhood—one of Rhode Island's most beautiful collections of classic summer homes.

    Walk to breakfast.
    Walk to dinner.
    Walk to the harbor.
    Walk to the beach.
Walk to the ferry for Newport.

Everything that makes Jamestown special is just minutes away.

    BEFORE YOU BOOK:

Camp Coronado is a classic New England home built in 1905. If you love historic homes, you'll appreciate its original character, woodwork, and charm. Like any home that's over a century old, it also comes with a few quirks that are part of its story.

The home does not have central air conditioning. We provide window A/C units in the bedrooms, along with fans throughout the house, which keep the home comfortable for most guests.

As caring owners, we're always maintaining and improving the property. From time to time, you may notice small projects, landscaping, or routine upkeep. We appreciate guests who understand that older homes require a little extra love.

If you're looking for a brand-new, modern home with every contemporary finish, Camp Coronado may not be the right fit. But if you're looking for an authentic Rhode Island summer home in an unbeatable location with timeless character, we think you'll feel right at home.

    Guest access
While we won't be nearby during your stay, we're always just a phone call or message away. We respect our guests' privacy and won't bother you, but we're happy to help if you need anything or have questions during your stay.
