"Staff was exceptional! The front desk staff was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The property is a boutique hotel. They have done a nice job of making it warm and eclectic without being overdone. Put room was on the small side but clear and the bathroom was larger. Would stay here again as the location is excellent. We also enjoyed two brunches at the restaurant. "

"Walking distance to UT, Ruth’s Chris, Calhoun’s, Women’s Basketball Hall of Fame. Boat was very clean, quiet location and nice views of the river. Wasn’t prepared to not being able to flush tp, had to throw away in trash can. Also not prepared for no warm water. Should be noted in the online description for guests to prepare for. Overall, we made it work and had an enjoyable experience."

"I like that there was a store to buy gifts in lobby. I like that there was a Starbucks in lobby and a restaurant on first floor. What I didn’t like was the Elevator broke down when I was in it with some other people and I got scared but we all were able to get out and told a worker what happened and he was able to bring us to our appropriate floors on his elevator. That night the elevator got fixed and it was fine the next day. All and all I loved the hotel and would stay there again."

"Breakfast was fantastic. Location was ideal, right near restaurants,bars and theater. Market square right there. Only complaint is valet parking. 39 bucks overnight while the parking garage is 6 dollars? Cmon, do better. "

"Had to wait while person finished their text on phone before being greeted. Was told I could park my own car but couldn’t. Room was at end of building. Could hear every car and emergency sirens that passed by"
