"Great room and location. Loved the rooftop patio. But extremely loud noises from the room above us starting at 6 am. It sounded like furniture moving and scraping against the floor for a couple of hours. Old building. My guess is there isn't much noise control between floors. I would never stay in that specific room again."

"Moxy Madison is a fun, energetic hotel with a very friendly and welcoming staff. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to coming back in the future. The only quibbles I have are (1) the motion activated bathroom light, which turned on in the middle of the night and always turned off while I was taking a shower, and (2) the lack of storage for clothes and belongings. Otherwise, nothing but praise from me! "

"The location was perfect with shops and restaurants nearby and a bus stop right outside the door. The room was clean but the pillows were really lumpy and not at all comfortable. My biggest complaint is that there wasn’t anywhere to store our clothes. A dresser or even a couple of shelves deep enough to hold folded clothes would have been a helpful addition. For more than a day or two it’s hard to live out of your suitcases"
