Marbella Twin Waterfall sucks

The worst. The facilities are poorly maintainted and dirty. Dirty sheets, dirty bathroom, stains on furniture, dusty surfaces, and the smell (my friend says the room smelled like rat pee). The breakfast is almost non existent. They wouldn't even refill the already empty pans. I don't have anything good to say about this place (perhaps only the greenery outside).

it was just ok hotel. i cant really tell as resort as my kid didnt really enjoy so much nature attraction. all it gets was neighbourhood.. but for a get out twas good place to spend

my overexpectation

it was a nice planning on staying such affordable price resort. bu yrlet i think i was overexpecting during the holiday and high season. as every hotel would raise the price, so i guess this resort is just fine. but talk about the environment, was a bit dissapointing as there wasnt any interesting place for my kids. so, again i think i was overexpectation on it

Stay away

It's the worst hotel I've ever been in the last few years. It's located about 2-3km from the main road. The road was bumpy, narrow, through residential area. It's quite far from Ciater, and extremely far from Lembang. It's difficult to find even with GPS! There's no sign at all until we arrived in front of the hotel. The rooms are old and was built with low quality. The maintenance is poor, bathroom is bad and dirty. There was no hot water when we arrived. The hot water worked after our fifth or sixth complaint; and with very bad flow. The staff was quite helpful and friendly, but it didn't really matter as overall facility was poor. The only good thing about this hotel is the view. It's located just next to paddy field with some fish ponds. Will never stay again!

주변 여행지나 여행 가이드 또는 사리아터로 가는 셔틀등이 있으면 좀더 편하게 이용할듯 합니

문제는 큰도로에서 비포장도로가 너무 오래돼서 들어가고 나올때마다 롤러코스트를 타듯 긴장을해야 했습니다. 호텔 수영장..? 수영장인지 연못인지 구분이 안돼고... 숙박실 방이 환기가 안돼 약간 꿉꿉한 냄새가 나서... 처음 도착했을때 약간의 거부감이 들었습니다. 도착했을때와는 다르게 생각보다 안락했습니다. 따뜻한물도 잘나오고요... 주변 여행지나 여행 가이드 또는 사리아터로 가는 셔틀등이 있으면 좀더 편하게 이용할듯 합니다.
