DON'T DISTURB SIGN ON because the door key was inserted, removing the key, sign off!! I DON'T NEED THEM TO CLEAN THE ROOM, BUT SINCE NO SIGN, THEY GO INSIDE.
VERY DIRTY WITH WATER STAINS, TOWELS, MY KITCHEN TOWEL CLEANED THAN THAT."
"The location is perfect. Close to all the malls and not far from the train station and from the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer you a great service. After one night they gave me a free upgrade to a superior room. And the massage on the 5th floor is amazing. Thank you so much guys. I will never forget my stay and recommend staying at the Gino Feruci Kebonjati when visiting Bandung. Hope to see you again."
"It was bad experience, all dirty and not habitable, although the staff was helpful by moving us to another room but the room condition same, book for 2 night but we just left and stay at another hotel. "
"The dirtiest hotel we have seen so far on our Indonesia trips (we have been easily in over 25 hotels so far).
Also the first time we requested to get new rooms ever. First room: Garbage on the floor, hairs in the bed, clear sign of sheets not changed, walls need repainting, tv screen dirty, used guest shoes, huge spider webs in corners, dusty windows, stsins in bath room snd towels etc. etc.
Management either does not know better or does not care. It is one thing that some parts need...

Room is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained facilities. Hotels in convenient and close to attractions, restaurants, and transportation options. It also offers stunning view. The check in and late check out went smooth with such efficiency and convenient process. They always served us with such warmth and friendly smiles. The restaurant offers a great varieties of food that will spoil the belly. The area of restaurant was clean and well-maintained. The staff are also attentive to our requests.
