The location is perfect. Close to all the malls and not far from the train station and from the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer you a great service. After one night they gave me a free upgrade to a superior room. And the massage on the 5th floor is amazing. Thank you so much guys. I will never forget my stay and recommend staying at the Gino Feruci Kebonjati when visiting Bandung. Hope to see you again.

Inconvenient Stay

The hotel needs a lot of improvements in every area. I was staying in a superior room. The room was not really in good maintenance. I was in transit before moving to another part of Bandung and had a lot of not-so-convenient stay experiences. 1. The bathroom: The bathroom didn't seem to be cleaned up properly. A lot of stains on the bathroom wall. The bathroom's door handle was broken. No door lock. There were not so many amenities in the bathroom. The towel didn't seem to be washed properly or had been on the rack for a very long time. 2. The AC was leaking. It kept dripping on the carpet the entire night. Made me have a hard time sleeping because of the sound from the drip. 3. The carpet didn't seem to be vacuumed for a very long time. Very dirty and had a lot of cigarette burns. 4. The bed was not too comfy to sleep on and the bed sheet probably had not been changed either. Cause I had some kind of bug bites when I woke up. Would have been great if the hotel were cleaned up properly as the location is pretty convenient to get around with.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. There was no hot water for a shower, which was very inconvenient. The Wi-Fi was extremely poor, making it hard to use. On top of that, the room was dirty and not well-maintained. I do not recommend this place.

Cheap but not worth the money

Terrible. Dirty, no maintenance at all. Beware, the pictures of the rooms don’t resemble the real thing. Never again. Breakfast OK, nothing special but correct. Friendly staff, but they don’t understand English well.

I had one night in Bandung before setting out for Jakarta the next day. Since I would be traveling by train, I chose a hotel near the train station. The hotel was not bad.

Untuk ukuran hotel bintang 4: dimulai dari lobby-nya kurang mewah, pelayanan juga kurang, dapat kamar superior yang memprihatinkan, kecil/sempit (ukuran 15 m) hanya muat t4 tidur double dan kamar mandi sempit, karpet kurang bersih, menu sarapan kurang lengkap (sekelas *4). Agar ditingkatkan kualitas hotelnya.

Very bad hotel and very expensive. Its not luxury.

Two time call the receptionist to change the bedspread with ignorance. It has a bad smill. All the outside sound and noisy are heard-audible in the room.

Simple standard hotel @kebon jati

Location wise, look easy but not as in reality, comfortable level is not great, walking access to pasir kaliki area is not great. What I enjoy is the old house which is convert to be a restaurant, nice architecture

뭔가가 아쉬운.

첫 인상 외관은 허름하기까지 함. 방을 들어가보면 일단 어느 정도 실망이 가시게 됨. 그렇지만 기본적으로 방의 램프들이 매우 어두운 편이며 한개는 제대로 켜지지 않는 등 관리가 부족한 모습임. 또한 침구도 1박 20만원이 넘는 호텔로는 아쉬운 느낌이 있다. 무엇보다 조식이 매우 실망 스러움. -_-; 직원들이 영어를 사용하며, 친절하게 안내하여 여행정보를 얻을수 있었던 점은 장점임.
