The hotel is very nice and modern. The staff is friendly and the amenities are kept in good condition. My only complaint and it’s a big one, I booked a double room executive for 3 people. The booking very well makes it seem like you are booking two rooms with two beds, the pictures also lead you to believe this. I mean the name is double room?? What else could that mean? When you check in, they tell you know, it’s single room , they just name the king size beds double room . How does this make sense ??? In my opinion this very misleading and false advertisement. A hotel would be penalized and investigated in Canada where I live. You are not allowed to falsely advertise and mislead. The hotel was happy to help us and change the room though. Just a big mess around that should be avoided in the first place. You can’t not advertise a double room and say it’s a single, double means two , a pair, more than one. I hope they change this

Good hotel located in South jakarta. Friendly staff. My room was spacious and comfortable. The only downside was that the hotel was a bit worn out in the common areas.

The coffee at the restaurant on the ground floor was superb. it is from ILLY but the preparation was interesting. A bit rundown hotel with old furniture but quite cozy and comfortable

Checking in taking too long, but it's not the staff mistake, I think the system is complicated. Since the access cards system also not working properly. Wifi connection is bad, I had to use my mobile data most of the time. Quite old room. But great location.

Booked the hotel with knowledge that it is dated and worn, but it is still disappointing. The room smells of stale smoke, the corridor smells of stale smoke. We were told it is a smoking hotel. Guest are permitted so smoke even when signs says other wise. The room was very noisy at night. On the lower floor will hear the loud A/C compressor blasting just outside the windows, and upper floor hears loud singing. Hot water in the bathroom seems to be in short supply after midnight. The air-condition was down for an entire day (both common area and rooms). The hotel was kind enough to provide a temporary room for our use in the afternoon. However, that room seem to have been used by another occupant while we were away. Used condom, shower items were found in the bathroom after that. Food in the hotel was unremarkable. While there were some variety, the quality of the breakfast buffet was not good. Beef was really chewy, the chicken was overcooked dry, and how fried egg can be hard to bite is beyond me. Decided to also try the Chinese and Indian restaurants by the hotel, turns out the quality was not too good either. The swimming pool is smaller than I thought, but the gym was well equipped. Location wise, it is next to Kunningan City that was convenient for my purpose. Usual horrid Jakarta traffic in that area makes driving a waste of time. If not for the walking distance to my business destination, will probably not consider this hotel again.

The room wasn't meet our expectation for the price
location was conveniently located to where attending for a wedding. but the traffic condition was terrible. the AC was really noisy and we have to turn it off to get good sleep. The curtain in the room wasn't set up properly but we managed to close it everything at night. The room did not meet our expectation for the price. It wasn't much choices of food particularly for western.
