"I hate to give 2 stars to such a good property with good rooms , excellent heritage vibes and with all facilities but staff and service was terrible. As we entered our luggage was unloaded and brought to our room for more than an hr. Room phones werent working so had to go to desk to get internet started. Anything you request from staff and front desk would take forever to be entertained even breakfast service the waiter forgot our orders and vallet service is non existent. I wish this facility...

"One of the best stay’s in India I’ve had so far. Shubham from the restaurant and the whole team were so good! Will definitely be coming back there next time we visit Jaipur! One of the guys in the restaurant, I don’t remember his name but he personally told the chef to get the spice down and put some mint in it. That was a great choice. Thanks for a great stay!! "

"Very disappointing experience. The rooms were not clean and looked nothing like the pictures shown online - quite misleading. Breakfast options were very limited, and most items were constantly running out; staff had to be reminded repeatedly to refill, and even then, the food was not tasty. The AC and its remote didn’t work properly, making the stay uncomfortable. Overall, a terrible experience and a complete waste of money. Would not recommend."
