Great clean hotel

Great hotel, lovely and clean. Refreshing change after travelling across india. Near to the metro, near to jaipur railway station. Restaurant is nice too, although a bit expensive.

Five night stop off in Jaipur

Comfortable spacious room serviced daily and plenty of hot water. The only downside was on a number of occasions there was a strong smell of smoke coming through the air con system which was very unpleasant. The drinks in the bar were very expensive. Staff were generally very helpful especially reception and security staff. The rooftop swimming pool was enjoyable but the surrounding decking needs some maintenance.

Unveiling My Hotel Experience in Jaipur

I visited Jaipur for a business trip and was quite pleased with the hotel's cool ambiance. They had books and games available for guests in the reception area. The restaurant was also located in the same area. It would be a nice touch if the hotel welcomed guests with a glass of water. I arrived early at 10 a.m. and managed to check in early after a wait of one and a half hours. For lunch, I opted for the Rajasthani Thali, which I found quite enjoyable. The room was tidy, but I did notice some remnants of snacks on the coffee counter, which indicated a lapse in attention to detail. The following morning, I decided to go for a swim. However, there was no attendant present at the pool. Four burly men who were also guests came to swim, and I felt somewhat vulnerable in their presence, since it is a small pool. It should be mandatory for the hotel to have an employee present at the pool during operating hours. Fortunately, after an awkward five-minute encounter, I decided to leave. The breakfast offered by the hotel was good, but I observed that the staff was rather slow in attending to guests' needs. With too few tables and a high volume of guests, the staff seemed disorganized and lacking in direction and mentorship. Refilling bowls was a slow process. In summary, my stay was satisfactory, but there is certainly room for improvement.

It feels like a property next to the airport given how temporary everything seems inside the rooms. I had a family room and there was not even a table and a single chair. Worn out bedsheets and towels and bathroom felt like a economy class flight lavatory.
