We had an incredible stay. All staff have been amazing from breakfast to dinner. The concierge has been especially useful in organising our stay in Jaipur and our plans within the hotel. The hotel itself is stunning and one to remember.

Good service, breakfast needs improvemenr.

Good property. Garden area is a nice experience. Rooms are comfortable. Service is very good. Staff put lot of effort to make us feel comfortable. We had a late checkin. They arranged all activities next day fpr is to experience the property. Breakfast can be better. Was disaapoinyed with bread and egg section. Indian section also was average.

Most amazing property and the service is impeccable. Butler Mr Karan took good care of us and made sure we had whatever we needed. Mr Khateeb went out of his way to arrange a tour and personally took care of extending our stay to ensure we had a room to stay even after check out time.

The staff is wonderful! They really make you feel at home. The property is impeccable, the food is amazing, the Jiva Spa is beautiful. We had an unforgettable visit. Everyone knew our names and did their best to make us happy. They could not do enough! So much fun! Sitting on the Veranda for afternoon tea, breakfast, and dinner was one of our favourite things to do!
