Hotel was under construction with no rooms available... Hotel.com should have not taking booking of such Property I had a terrible problem finding new hotel on 31Dec evening..

Good location, but old and not as clean

The hotel is conveniently located at Church Street, which is just next to MG Road,hence location wise quite good. The day receptionist was cheerful and pleasant. The room was not as clean, some of the drawers have rubbish in it. The washroom seriously need some renovation. On my second night, the light in the bathroom was not working... On my second night, I asked the reception to get me a taxi by 7am. However, it seems that the message was not passed to the day reception and they only called the taxi at 7am when I came down. Taxi arrived around 7.50am. Would have missed my flight had I planned it just in time.

very disappointed

I booked for a five days stay in this Hotel with my family. After two days we checked out since we were not happy. Looks in photos on the website are deceiving.There were no families found staying. They arranged one cab for sightseeing. They charged for an ac car. But car was very old and ac was not working. The driver was a fraud and he didn't take us to many places. Also he was talking over phone with someone in Hindi execution of some plan. We were suspicious about his behavior and asked him to go back to Hotel. I complained this to Hotels.com they didn't take any action and lost the money.
