"We've stayed at this location multiple times to return to MD Anderson Center and it is very convenient. The staff is helpful and the parking is close. It's an added convenience that breakfast is on-site and included."

The location, on the South Bank of The St. Johns River in Jacksonville, was mighty convenient to area Attractions, Shopping, Parks & Restaurants. I will highly recommend this property to Anyone who requires & desires the amenities of an extended stay hotel. It's definitely a lot of bang for the buck!"

"This hotel is currently under major construction, and unfortunately that was not disclosed on the website when booking. That was very misleading to guests. The room itself was okay, but it did have a noticeable mildew smell. I do want to recognize the front desk receptionist, who was very polite, professional, and apologetic about the situation and the lack of disclosure. As a guest, I expect better transparency and standards from Marriott, as this is not typically the experience associated with your brand."
