Very comfortable bed, kitchenette and suite in general well equipped, really clean, many options to eat nearby and activities for fun, breakfast was great. The only thing is that they should be more specific about the pool, it was a one of the reasons why I chose this place and it was closed.

Great place for an extended stay!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The room was very clean and quiet. We didn’t use the in room kitchen but it seemed like it had everything you would need for simple cooking. The breakfast was good each morning, very traditional hotel offering. The service was excellent, everyone at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. We would stay here again the next time we are in Jacksonville.

This was our first stay at this hotel and everything was above average. Staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Room was well furnished and very quiet. Good place

Two night stay this time (we have stayed here before) and it was fine. Only complaint was a slow -- but not clogged -- drain in the shower. Room had a full size fridge, which we really like. Strangely, the closet has doors that open both to the room itself, and to the bathroom, which is quite interesting. We will likely stay again if we have to come this way.

Pretty good place

We have a split decision on this property: I found it quite adequate but small, while my wife loved it.It is clean, has a very friendly staff, and just about everything you need, including a corkscrew! The location is good with all kinds of shopping and dining nearby. But the room, although very well-designed to maximize the space, is a bit smallish, especially for a large (6 foot, 250 pound) guy. Suffice it to say I felt I got my money's worth and will stay here again.
