Sleeping arrangements
The home features three comfortable bedrooms and flexible sleeping options for up to six guests. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and dedicated workspace for those who need a quiet spot to focus. The second bedroom includes a full bed with a trundle, while the third bedroom has bunk beds with two full beds, making it ideal for kids or friends. Each room includes soft linens, extra pillows, and ample storage. Two full bathrooms, including one ensuite, are stocked with fresh towels and essentials.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, cooking basics, and barbecue utensils for outdoor meals. The adjoining dining area seats eight, perfect for relaxed dinners or family breakfasts before heading to the beach. Natural light fills the space, complementing the home’s open layout and comfortable seating.

Outdoor living
Step outside to your private patio, complete with covered seating and a BBQ grill. It’s a quiet retreat for evening meals or enjoying the breeze after a day at the shore.

Located inside the private, gated community of The Players Club (TPC), this remodeled patio home offers access to nature walk trails, a Tot Lot, a wading pool, a picnic pavilion, and a community pool. Within walking distance are local dining spots like Argyle at THE YARDS and the TPC Sawgrass Clubhouse overlooking the historic 18th green. With free parking, WiFi, washer and dryer, and central A/C, you’ll have everything needed for a comfortable stay close to the best of Ponte Vedra Beach.
