"We had visible cockroaches in the room, the inside of the room door had visible damage where it had clearly been kicked in and not repaired just the doorknob replaced. Visible damage to furniture and due to no working fan in the bathroom the moisture has caused a lot of visible rust on all the lamps. ..."
