We love the interior design. How ever upon checkin there was a towel laying in the shower, which was removed before we returned. My wife unfolded one towel after showering and saw to strands of hair. The mirrors above the bed was streaked from not being wiped properly. Nevertheless those are minor things. My wife and I did not enjoy just waking up receiving a phone call telling us the police are on the way because we are not supposed to be in the room. No questions were asked.My wife immediately stopped the lady and told her that she was handling this situation incorrectly and she chose to continue her spill about the police coming. So after canceling taking my shower we go downstairs to hear that it was a miscommunication on their end. We left 2 1/2 hours before our check out with no type of "lets make this right".

There was a roach in the room staff wasn’t helpful remote to the tv wouldn’t work couldn’t get anyone at the front desk the inside of the room is nice but it’s in a hood area not as advertised online strong smell of weed outside

The room was nice but the staff was horrible and the bed spread we had was someone’s else pubic hair and the guy on night wouldn’t give us no other bedding sheets nor put us in a different room so we left

i usually like staying here but the past few times it has been dirty. the room we stayed in was horrible this time. there was no toilet paper, the ground had crumbs, dirt, and leftover confetti on it. the volume on the tv wouldn’t work either.

The service has always been a lovely stay until I extended my stay for an extra night. Ms.Sheila had a great attitude. However, the janitor decided to burst into our room without knocking and demanded we leave. Note I had already purchased an extra room the night prior. I walked to the front desk, and a hefty set lady had a distasteful attitude toward me because of my appearance. She started to lose customer service and yelled her voice and stated, “This is how I talk” Well, from my seven-year experience in customer service, it has never been okay to yell and try to argue with your customers. She also tried to threaten to “ rebuke” my stay because she claimed I had an attitude. Rooms are nonrefundable, so her having that authority should be reconsidered for your company. Extremely unprofessional and caused a bad view on the hotel.

I didn’t like that I had to sleep with the light on all night. My bed made so much noise everytime my partner or I move. We had one light bulb in the light. I was displeased with the room.

I won’t be booking imperial suites again. When we checked in the lady said as long as we don’t damage the room or smoke in their I would get my $60 deposit back at checkout. When we got to checkout, they said we couldn’t get it back cause we had decorations. We cleaned up the decorations before we even checked out and made sure the room was clean and she still refused to give me my $60 dollars back. Also, we couldn’t really use the TV because they wouldn’t let us keep the Roku remote.

Definitely not a feeling of safety. No lobby. There are mirrors above the bed with fluorescent lights all over. A lot of people coming in and out of there rooms. Not a safe place for a family!

Upon arrival I was told I had to give a $60 cash only security deposit. This was not posted anywhere on the Expedia listing. After getting in contact with Expedia to cancel my reservation, they waived the cash fee and let me stay.

Get in-get out-not for overnight
There’s been a lot of money and work that has went into this hotel. It’s made to be very nice! However, I first tried to turn the tv/fireplace backlights lights on and they only flickered and then stayed off. Went to take a shower and noticed the are to place soap and shampoo in had an empty bottle in it, like it hadn’t been cleaned. We also couldn’t get the tv to work. Called down to the desk a few times before reaching someone. They came up and said the empty bottle must still be there because the housekeeper didn’t clean that area and left the bottle there for me to throw away. He gave us a different remote for the tv but then we couldn’t get service because it makes you connect to wifi using your phone. I’ve never had a hotel that did this and it didn’t even work when I tried it. Called down again and got no answer. Went to bed with no tv. Definitely need to work on cleaning rooms after every stay and getting the tv to work. Upon leaving, there was a woman’s douche in the parking lot. Love Hotel vibes
