The house was extremely clean and the owner was very quick to answer any questions ! loved the roof top deck and master deck! also best italian rest around the corner called breaking bread! amazing stay .."

A block away from the beach, few blocks from water park, everything was very easy. Owner answers questions right away and is on top of things. I recommend this house if you’re looking for a great house right in the heart of Seaside Height."

"Updated townhouse with lots of beds -- great for girlfriend getaway. Walking distance to town, and down the street from Meeting House restaurant which was great for dinner. Only one parking spot and street parking is permit only, so additional cars may need to park in the lot near Meeting House."

"I want to start by saying this house was ABSOLUTELY gorgeous!! The house was super clean. I love that we were literally steps to the beach. It’s less than a 30 second walk to the beach. The house has everything we needed. The neighborhood was clean. Just spot on for what we needed this weekend. James was nice and helpful through the whole process. I can’t wait to come back and visit!"

"We had 10 people and the place fit everyone comfortably. Yes it needs a decor overhaul but it was fine. Communication with property manager was very poor. Asked for 45 min early check-in no response. Asked for dishwasher detergent no response. Great location, very close to all our wedding festivities."
