"Another great stay with warm & comfy room, ensuite and with food provided in the cafe.
Just what we needed for a single night en route for Wales but with time to walk, explore and an evening in the recently flooded pub - good beer 'Butty Bach' & friendly locals! "
"Just stayed for one night. Unfortunately they are shut on Wednesday so had to walk to sister pub across the river to get a meal( which was ok)
Room was very good and granddaughter loved the playground "
"Good location and typical pub with rooms.
Details said parking available at surcharge in fact it is available but not on site it’s the local car parks so better clarity on that.
Staff all great and helpful and good food"
"Its like a Club on a Friday and Saturday afternoon and Night. Banging dance anthems till 12.45am. And we booked the last room above the Speakers, great if your an 18-25 clubber. Spoilt a Romantic weekend sadly. Location is great."
"Excellent location two minutes walk from the Iron Bridge. The pub does excellent food also. Our room was clean, comfortable and overlooked the river. Absolutely stunning, would love to visit again!"
"Friendly staff and food in the restaurant was great. Room needs a more thorough clean. No blackout blinds/curtains and lots of traffic going past in the morning, so we were woken early."
"place was easy find had to go to sister hotel next door for food, buffet breakfast was very good
value for money was good for what i paid for the room that was well under the advertised price in the lobby"
