Newly built comfortable apartment with wellness area

The newly built apartment is cozy and comfortable
furnished and can accommodate 1-5 people (+ a no child).
There are 1 double bed and 3 single beds, as well as a cot
available for small children.

The 65m² apartment has 2 bedrooms, bathroom / toilet, kitchen and large balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, coffee machine, TV, radio and DSL connection.

Outside, a large children's playground (giant trampoline) with a sunbathing lawn and a cozy sun terrace with a barbecue (grill available) invite you to linger.

Relax in our wellness area with sauna, whirlpool, plunge pool and relaxation room.

We run a farm with dairy cattle, calves, alpine pasture and forestry. You are welcome to watch or help in the stable.

Wonderful spot in beautiful Bavaria
We had a wonderful stay at Kaspar's place. The location is beautiful with views of the mountains and forest. The apartment is simple and comfortable with everything we needed including a lovely kids play area outside. The real highlight of our trip was the welcome we received from Kaspar and his family who were very hospitable and included us in family birthday celebrations. We loved our stay and hope to visit again soon!

New apartment on working farm
Lovely apartment with upscale stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. Friendly, helpful family. Clothes washer and dryer were separate units, not washer/dryer combination. Enjoyed grilling on large gas grill and spending time on the large balcony that stretches the length of the apartment. Grandchildren enjoyed playing with the kittens. It is a working farm and peaceful atmosphere. We took day trips to the Fussen and Garmisch areas as well as a bit of Austria.

Breathtaking and awesome
The place was very clean and modern. The owners were so nice and accommodating. It was WAY off the beaten path, but well worth the travel. The owners spoke a little English, but we muddled through any language issues that we encountered. Sitting out on the deck with my son was absolutely relaxing and the views are spectacular. Cheers.

Enntspant und schön
Wir haben unsere Zeit hier sehr genossen, viel Ruhe erfahren und alle Ausflüge waren in die nähe zu besuchen. Die Kinder haben Täglich mitgeholfen die Kuhe zu versorgen, das hat den richtig spaß gemacht.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft . Ruhig und doch ist alles gut zu erreichen . Ferienwohnung ist schön eingerichtet und es ist alles da was man braucht . Wir kommen gerne wieder ! Sauna und Pool Bereich ist großzügig und sehr gepflegt .
