"We stayed in this property just for 2 nights, but got amazingly lucky in that when midnight hit on NYE, we were treated to a birds eye view of what felt like everyone in Garmisch-Partenkirchen shooting up fireworks all around us. From the balcony we sat as a family and took it all in. What a fun surprise! The property is right on the historic walking and shopping street. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Everything was clean, modern but cozy, and comfortable."

"What a wonderful apartment! It’s right in tbe old town of Partenkirchen and surrounded by restaurants and cafes/bakeries. It was quite large and plenty warm during a very cold weekend. All of the bedrooms do have doors. Two spacious bathrooms, one with a bathtub perfect for kids. The underground parking was quite low and tight, and we couldn’t fit our van in. But there is plenty of free overnight street parking."

"Alles super 😊 Die Wohnung ist in einer perfekten Lage, kaum 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Zentrum und super gemütlich mit einem schönen Balkon mit Bergblick. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Frau Krieg ist sehr lieb und hilfsbereit, sie hat bis 22:45 auf uns gewartet und immer weiter geholfen."

"We three retired teachers enjoyed our stay in this flat. Situated midway along Ludwigstraße, its location afforded us easy walking distance to shops, ATM, and the public parking garage. Parking initially for us was a challenge since we could not use the underground lot nor access directly the public parking garage due to road construction. Once located, however, this garsge was easy and convenient to use."

So, be sure to carry soap, shampoo etc. Also, this property takes ONLY cash and this was not mentioned. Unnecessarily wasted $50 on the wire transfer. The host was very nice and provided information whenever asked."

"You can not get a better location to enjoy the beauty and peacefulness of the area. The view is breathtaking, the bike trail to Garmisch so close, the bus stop down the street, and the mountain trail almost at your back door. Perfect!! The Marion Haus family is a delight to work with as well and the garden, little pools of water and Fairy lights around the house very atmospheric. An overall gracious experience!"

"Wir wurden mit offenen Armen in einer liebevoll gestalteten Wohnung empfangen. Die Wohnung ist für 6 Personen völlig ausreichend. Lage ist für Wanderer optimal. Das Highlight war die Südterrasse mit Blick auf den Tegernsee."

"Any early check in possibility does not exist. The office to pick up keys is only open from 3 - 6. When we arrived at 3 o'clock we were told to wait on the sidewalk for a half hour while another client was being served. The information provided was minimal. Usually there is someone to show the apartment and explain things. The underground parking area is not signed and was difficult to find. The garage door would not open when we arrived and when we left. There is no welcome information for...

"Superfornøyd med oppholdet i Innsbruck. Leiligheten var ren og delikat, og lå i rolige og sentrale omgivelser. Kjøkkenet var godt utstyrt. Parkering foran huset. Buss til sentrum rett utenfor huset. Ca. 20 minutters gange fra sentrumskjernen. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Kaspar's place. The location is beautiful with views of the mountains and forest. The apartment is simple and comfortable with everything we needed including a lovely kids play area outside. The real highlight of our trip was the welcome we received from Kaspar and his family who were very hospitable and included us in family birthday celebrations. We loved our stay and hope to visit again soon!"

"Well equipped, spacious, and convenient new hotel in Seefeld. Enjoyed our stay as the supermarkets were a few mins walk away. The wellness centre is lovely although the pool is quite small. Would have given it 5 stars if housekeeping was included but it was an additional €40 during your stay. Service otherwise was excellent with a friendly team at the front desk. "
