"The room was nice, spacious, and overall clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the night before we left, I called housekeeping and asked for clean towels and an extra bar of soap. The items never came even when the staff called to confirm that she would arrive in 5 minutes. She said it was a busy night for her, which was understandable so I didn’t want to bother to address the request again. "
"I stayed 2 nights at Boomtown while in Shreveport for medical care. It was an excellent experience. The whole staff was very attentive and the front desk people were awesome...especially Katie. I will stay here again."
