"Excellent little hotel, conveniently located to the market and great value. Cool bar and reception space, very well done. Staff are amazing, helped us with dining options and other info."
"Recently stayed 3 nights and enjoyed it very much. The family room was amazing. 1 double, 1 large twin and 2 twin beds, kitchenette, laundry in room. Room very spacious and suited our needs perfectly. Front staff very friendly with really good English. About a 10 min walk from the Kanazawa station but don’t let that deter you. Highly recommended. "
"The friendly staff greeted me at the door, spoke enough english so check-in was easy and quick. They then showed me around and proceeded to assist with carrying luggage up the stairs to my room, above and beyond customer service - as with everywhere in Japan. A nice quiet accommodation with an instant friendly warmth when you walk through the door. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay here."
"Our favorite hotel of our recent trip. Very spacious, great location, nice amenities, we loved having a bath every night after a long day of walking. Easily walkable from the train station and good food/coffee options nearby. "

"I’m from Mexico and had an amazing stay — I’d definitely come back and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kanazawa. The staff were incredibly kind, and the breakfast was the best of my entire trip in Japan. Thank you so much for the wonderful service!
Highlights:
• Super comfortable bed
• Spacious bathroom
• Beautiful Japanese garden inside the hotel
• Excellent service — they even helped us book a local izakaya that only took phone reservations
• Best breakfast of my 23-day trip in Japan, with options for Western tastes
• Free shuttle to Kanazawa Station (a taxi costs about ¥1,500)
• Great location: 3 min walk to Omicho Market and 10 min to Kanazawa Castle and Higashi Chaya
• Outstanding value for money
Note:
As a foreign visitor, I think it’s important to be respectful of Japanese customs and social norms. Sometimes tourists expect perfect English or act out of place, but we should remember we’re guests in another culture — just as we’d expect respect from visitors to our own countries."
"Nice clean and updated rooms but only two elevators with a wait almost every time. Only two self service washers, and nothing in place for staff to remove clothes sitting in them well beyond the finished time limit."
"Stayed here for three nights. This hotel is close to major tourist places, offers great breakfast, and provides high quality services. Would highly recommend this place."
