"大浴場が利用中止、トイレの便座が死ぬほど冷たい、部屋の灯りがめちゃくちゃ暗い、禁煙ルームのはずなのにタバコ臭い、鹿児島県知事が来る地元の宴会が入っているからと危うく駐車場が無くなるところだった。朝食のご飯は食べ放題だったが、冷えてたのはなぜ？"

"前回5月に行ったときは駐車場料金が無料だったのに、今回は二泊で６００円請求があった。？となったが、情勢が変わったのか、聞きもしなかった。
食事は朝食のみ利用しているが、あと少し料理のバラエティが欲しい。ウェルカムドリンクサービスに気が付いて、初日に利用した。良かったと思う。
建てられてからが長いホテルだと思うので、設備の古さは否めないが、
水俣のビジホが少ないし、食品を購入できるお店の最寄りなので、利便性は高い。
マットレスの古さや洗面スペースの古さが気になるがこれも致し方ない。
きっと帰省のたびに利用するだろう。スタッフは皆さん親切だ。"

お料理は 懐石料理にしましたが、味も最高でした。
色々な温泉に行きますが、何といっても 紫尾温泉は最高 ヌルヌルの美人の湯 どこの温泉にも負けないですね。"
