The Front Desk Clerk wasn’t just helpful — he is the heartbeat of hospitality, offering a welcome that felt like a true introduction to the spirit of Philadelphia. And then, the serendipity — the kind of moment that turns a great stay into a treasured memory: just beyond my window, the water shimmered, and suddenly, the night erupted in a dazzling 15–20 minute fireworks display. We had traveled four and a half hours to attend a wedding, arriving with the pressure of a tight timeline to get ready. When we learned our room wasn't yet available, a little bit of stress began to set in. That's when two absolute lifesavers, Samieah and Sonja, stepped in and completely turned the situation around. They listened to our dilemma with genuine empathy and, without hesitation, offered us an opportunity to upgrade to an available room so we could get ready for the wedding immediately. Their kindness was such a relief. They were so incredibly gracious and accommodating, transforming a moment of stress into an experience of feeling truly cared for. This thoughtful gesture was so deeply appreciated and set the most wonderful tone for the rest of our stay.
