"Conference room & hotel room ok. Furniture in room was worn, bed was comfortable. Staff at first was unfriendly- didn’t offer parking ticket- had to wait until they were ready to register later on day. "

"Super close to Historic Williamsburg. Fit our needs, clean, comfortable bed.There were little benches outside each room. Was nice except someone left cigar butts on it. Room did reek like someone smoked in the room. But we left our door open until dark. It was a very quiet motel."

"Great location great staff the and properties a little rundown my wife was sneezing all morning because of the carpet in the room to think about either taking that carpet out replacing it with hard floors, just really gets into the sinuses, especially in the Virginia with all the allergies. The outlets didn’t work for my adapter in the room. The shower was super noisy and created a puddle all taking a shower approximately 4 to 6 inches. The beds were comfortable."

"Clean room, custodial staff and most of the front office staff helpful. Some more smiles would be great! Major complaint was the pool. It filmed over several times from being underfiltered and on another occasion it was full of dead bugs. But overall a good experience reasonably priced. My grandkids loved the breakfast. But we're disappointed in the pool upkeep. Plentiful and easy parking."

"Excellent place for a 2 night stay. The property is close to everything, restaurants, Busch Gardens, etc. Breakfast was great! Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Would stay here again."
