My wife asked for a hair dryer, iron and hangers for the closet and she was quickly answered with a smile and all were delivered in short order. The lady at the reception desk answered all of our inquiries with needed directness and honesty."

"Unique property, surrounded by beautiful gardens, japanese buildings & flavors . The service is generally very good. The staff really tries to make things work.( Special thanks to Juan -bellboy-) It would be appreciated if more medium sized bottles of water was offered in the rooms. I was told the pool is going to be renovated, and once finished , I think it will be a huge plus. Can't wait to visit it once the renovation is completed."

Room/facilities are a little dated/tired, with some amenities not working (like our jacuzzi bath, outdoor hot tub, and fireplace in our presidential suite) and stains on furniture and such, but overall it's clean enough, tranquil, and the setting is quite beautiful. we loved the pool (especially as we had it all to ourselves) and my wife was very pleased with her spa service. The staff was super friendly and personable, and the food was good. Would definitely...
