On the mountainside, overlooking the Nive valley, fully renovated bicentennial house offering exceptional views of the Basque mountain.
It offers two large living rooms (45 m2 each), including a cathedral living room with mezzanine, 4 bedrooms (3 double bedrooms + 1 bedroom with 3 single beds) and 2 bathrooms.
For a sedentary and contemplative holiday: beautiful volumes, pool of 30 m2, shaded terrace, walks and hikes from the house.

Séjour exceptionnel

Notre séjour fut tout simplement exceptionnel. Nous avons été profondément séduits par la maison ainsi que par son cadre enchanteur. Le calme et la sérénité qui y règnent invitent véritablement au repos. La piscine privée et les nombreux aménagements viennent parfaire cet ensemble d’exception. Nous recommandons sans réserve.

Un endroit sauvage et fabuleux

L'endroit est fabuleux. Une vue magnifique sur toute la vallée vers l'est, et quelques montagnes vers le sud. Les sentiers de randonnées partent de la maison (avec toutes les explications nécessaires mises à disposition par les propriétaires!). C'est évidemment (un peu) sauvage, mais quel bonheur de voir tous ces animaux à portée de main (mention spéciale pour les nombreux rapaces). Et l'accessibilité ne pose aucun problème, la route est parfaitement entretenue. La maison est très agréable, fraiche quand il faut chaud dehors. Nous n'avons pas eu à utiliser la chéminée. Tous les équipements nécessaires sont à disposition. Et l'eau du robinet est délicieuse! Accueil très simple et professionnel, appréciable. A recommander, sans restriction!

PROPRETE DU LOGEMENT

Il nous a été retenu 15€ parce que la plancha n'était soit disant pas dégraissée, nous l'avons utilisée une seule fois et nettoyée immédiatement. Le ménage n'était pas fait sous le tapis, les matelas étaient tachés, nous n'avions à disposition qu'1 torchon et 1 essuie main pour 6 personnes pour 1 semaine. Quand nous avons voulu passer l'aspirateur, le sac était archi plein et nous avons dû le vider pour pouvoir nous en servir. De plus nous avions normalement la cheminée à disposition (pas de chauffage dans le salon) hors il ne nous a été fourni que quelques fagots(à peine de quoi se chauffer une soirée)

Magnifique maison où rien ne manque ou presque, aménagée avec beaucoup. de goût. L'emplacement est juste magique avec une vue remarquable sur la vallée, pour qui aime le calme et les randonnées. Beaucoup d'activités et de visites à faire dans un rayon de 30 mn. L'endroit idéal pour des moments de convivialité entre amis.

Umgebauter, alter Schafstall mit Pool und tollem Ausblick

Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin schwierig bereits im Vorfeld. Sie wollte von uns die genaue Anreisezeit wissen, das war aber nicht möglich. Dann musste ein Formular unterschrieben werden, was sie über sämtliche Kommunikationswege eingefordert hat. In dem Formular sollten Auflagen wie das Ausräumen des Geschirrspülers vor Abreise unterfertigt werden. Bei Nichterfüllung drohten extra Kosten. Bei der Höhe der Miete und der Höhe der Reinigungskosten (130 €) sollten hier allerdings keine weiteren Gebühren entstehen. Das Haus an sich war wirklich schön, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ausstattung mE vollständig. Viel Platz für 8 Personen. Brunnenwasser auch sauber, was man allerdings vom Haus nicht unbedingt behaupten kann. Der Pool ist toll, es kommt 2 mal die Woche ein Nachbar zum Kontrollieren. Die Schlafzimmer haben keinen Kleiderschrank. Es muffelt. Die Alleinlage muss man mögen, allerdings ist eine Bäcker und kleinere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 10 min mit dem Auto entfernt vorhanden. Vor Insekten darf man sich nicht fürchten. WLAN Empfang nicht besonders gut.

Schönes Haus mit bester Ausstattung und tollem Ausblick

Ein richtig schöner Platz zum Entspannen und sich Wohlfühlen. Toller Pool und hochwertige Ausstattung mit viel Platz für eine Familie. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Cadre magnifique

Nous avons passé un séjour dépaysant dans la montagne basque. La maison est très au calme, dans un cadre magnifique. Idéalement située pour les randonnées pédestres. Très bien équipée, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Un peu de route pour visiter les villes alentours comme Bayonne, Biarritz, Saint-Jean-de-Luz (45min à 1h).

Fabuleux sejour ds quiétude des Pyrénées

Maison très agréable et confortable décorée avec beaucoup de goût et de charme. Tres bien équipée. Fabuleuse vue sur les Pyrénées au bout d'une longue route qui permet de préserver sa tranquillité à la maison. Chouette piscine. Nous recommandons absolument cette location.

Attention !!

Accueil déplorable et agressif de la conciergerie. Propreté douteuse des WC et certaines parties de la cuisine. Une seule serviette par personne pour 10 jours. Chambres petites, lits non faits et manque de rangement. Problème d'écoulement des eaux usées, douches et lave linge. Pas d'accès au bois pour la cheminée. Sinon vue magnifique qui ne justifie pas le prix.

Un séjour dans une bergerie chaleureuse avec une vue exceptionnelle

Nous avons passé un très très bon séjour dans une charmante bergerie, nous avons apprécié le calme et le spectacle permanent grâce à la vue exceptionnelle ! L’aventure commence par les derniers kilomètres à parcourir avant de trouver un havre de paix, aux pieds de belles randonnées où le temps semble s être arrêté….. Au terme de ce court séjour automnal on a juste envie de redécouvrir ce gîte les autres saisons !

Bergerie de luxe en toute sérénité

La bergerie est telle que décrite et décorée avec beaucoup de goûts . Je confirme une route un peu serpentine pour y accéder et une vue sur la vallée digne de carte postale . Une petite réserve sur la piscine qui avait été beaucoup trop chlorée lors de notre séjour. Wifi tout à fait efficace et réseau Orange Présent . Merci à la conciergerie pour sa disponibilité.
