We spent 16 days in Japan staying at a number of hotels and two ryokans. Off everything we we, this hotel/ryokan was bar far the best thing we did. We stayed in the annex in the specisal Kintoki room. The decor was superb as was the service. We especially loved our own private onsen. I have read some other viewes complaing about the late check-in 3pm and the food. Im not sure what they expect. 3pm is the standard check in at most hotels and they dont keep that a secret. We had a 9 course meal...
