The staff was very kind, attentive, and always willing to help. The hotel is also centrally located in Copacabana, which makes it convenient for exploring the area.
Unfortunately, the property itself feels old and poorly maintained. There is a noticeable lack of upkeep throughout the hotel, with peeling paint, loose furniture pieces, and even exposed cables coming out of the ceiling in the buffet area.
The breakfast buffet was also disappointing. Most of the food did not taste good, the eggs were cold and overcooked, and I even found hairs in my fruit, which was quite unpleasant.

best hotel we stayed during our 13 day family trip in Brazil, in every nice neighborhood and walking distance to a nice japanese resturant . staff speak english well, which is great. close to CGH but only 35 mins in the moring to GRU as well.

Loved our stay here. The hotel is walking distance to so many places, the beach, good restaurants and shopping. The staff were very helpful and all friendly. Would stay here again.
