Na natureza com todo conforto

Perfeita, nos mínimos detalhes. Quarto limpo, cheiroso, com roupas de camas igualmente limpas e cheirosas. Excelente café da manhã e refeições deliciosas. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo Sr. Mendes e Sra. Francisca, super atenciosos. Tudo isso dentro da natureza, na reserva de Itatiaia, a 3kms da entrada principal do parque.

A experiência foi incrível! Lugar mágico para quem quer descanso e tranquilidade, os funcionários super atenciosos e atendendo prontamente as solicitações. Senti falta de um ventilador mais potente, e a tv não funcionou por problemas de satélite, o sinal de Wi-Fi não chega aos quartos e não temos comunicação do quarto para a recepção. Mas nada que atrapalhasse a estadia. Voltarei para esse recanto de paz

Local incrível, fica dentro da reserva do parque, ponto bem alto com otima vista para a cidade. A familia que cuida do hotel extremamente simpática, quero voltar outras vezes. Única questão, nao indico ir de motocicleta ainda mais custom, fui de harley davidson ultra limited e sofri muito para chegar, no dia chovia muito oque piorou consideravelmente as condições da estrada.

Nunca foi tão mal atendido, impressionante a falta de educação e respeito da recepção. Pedi uma decoração e me cobraram uma fortuna para algo bem meio boca, o pior de tudo, meu amigo não pediu nada de decoração e o quarto dele estava da mesma forma do meu. Cama dura, sem conforto nenhum, chuveiro gelado, quarto sujo, recepção grita com os clientes ao invés de tentar resolver o problema, mandam os hospedes embora etc. Nunca fui tal maltratado em um lugar. Para chegar até local você precisa ter um carro alto, carro baixo o motor ficará na metade do caminho. Não recomendo de forma alguma esse lugar, não se engane pelas fotos, pq pessoalmente vão literalmente se arrepender da contratação. Pior de tudo é o atendimento, nem por todos, mas por algumas pessoas que trabalham no local. Experiência péssima!!

O atendimento dos funcionários do hotel foi excelente, todos muito prestativos e solícitos. Café da manhã com uma boa variedade e comida gostosa. Paisagem e natureza sem igual. O que achei de negativo foi a limpeza dos cobertores dos quartos, estavam sujos e com mau cheiro. E a acústica dos quartos também é bem ruim, quartos muitos próximos uns dos outros, com isso acaba tem barulhos no quarto.

O hotel é maravilhoso, tem uma vista espetacular, dentro do Parque Nacional do Itatiaia, além do atendimento ser ótimo, as comidas também são maravilhosas. Apenas a estrada que dá acesso que é um pouco complicada pra carros baixos, mas é compreensível por causa do parque e a visão quando chega super compensa!

O local é muito agradável, os funcionários são muito educados e prestativos. A comida é caseira é muito gostosa! Super recomendo o hotel!
