"Was charged $75 for an ironing board that would not fold down after use. It was such thin metal that it folded when any attempt was made to put it down. We left it up, so that it would be noticed. I phoned to ask what the charge was, and was told we broke the ironing board. Had we immediately pointed the cheap thin metal board, would we have been charged. I would hope not. LESSON LEARNED - don't check out without pointing out the cheap ironing board malfunction and getting a receipt. FIRST TIME EVER charged for something in a hotel room."

"The first night we arrived, we went to get a drink at the “bar” and their shipment “did not come in” for alcohol that week, so we had to get our own. We went to get in bed and there was HAIR all over our sheets, the toilet wouldn’t flush half the time, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls, It smelled like mold, stained walls, my daughters purse mysteriously disappeared from the room the day we checked out, and the staff was incredibly rude!!! The housekeeping manager rolled her eyes at me when I questioned the whereabouts of my daughter’s purse and then mocked me at checkout to a friend of mine. Andrea the night shift employee kicked us out of the lobby for little girls being little girls, saying they were too loud but yet there was no one there and no one complaining. It was a HORRIBLE experience and an absolutely filthy disgusting hotel. Avoid this hotel at all cost "
