"Hotel staff the lady that manages hotel was nice at first and then when we asked questions had a very bad attitude. I am sorry, if you do not want to talk to customers this is not the job for you. Just because of this I will NOT recommend this hotel. Customer service is everything and I will not stay here again"

"The location is very important of course but the best part was the very helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast was great as was the poolarea. The only setback was the small ants that was omnipresent. There should be a smart ecological way to keep them away. But apart from that, one of the coziest pousadas I have stayed in"

"Would choose Passargada again! Spectacular sunset from the restaurant deck and pool, friendly staff, convenient beach towels, super comfy pillows and nice linens. Also great AC and hammock on balcony. Only downside is if you’re looking for total quiet this may not be the place for you as there was often music and sounds from the wharf and plaza nearby. Didn’t bother us, but a heads up for others."

"Pior experiência que já tive em um hotel na minha vida. Quando chegamos tinha hóspedes de outro quarto com som na maior altura, depois de muito insistir e brigar na recepção eles abaixaram. Depois resolvesos usar a banheira privativa do quarto e estava com muita sujeira e falaram que a equipe de limpeza só vinha no dia seguinte. Não saia água quente nem no chuveiro nem na banheira. E a pior coisa de todas, o quarto estava infestado de baratas, foram mais de 10, tenho fotos e vídeos pra provar....

O custo-benefício é ótimo e a experiência foi muito agradável.
