"Cleanliness: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Comfort: 4/5 Noise: 5/5 Overall: I’d definitely stay again. The extended review... Cleanliness: 5/5 - Very clean interior. Service: 5/5 - Great services and had a really nice breakfast. They even let us park early and stay a little later into the afternoon. They also offered us the ability to use the change rooms. Comfort: 4/5 - Room was a little small but manageable. We made it work. Noise: 5/5 - Very quiet which was nice."

"We had a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortable, and the location was extremely convenient, right next to the ferry port. The hotel restaurant was lovely, with great food and a beautiful atmosphere. The only unusual thing was the pool service — you couldn’t order snacks while sitting in the pool lounge area and had to be seated at a table instead. Overall, a beautiful hotel in a very convenient location, and we really enjoyed our stay."

"Great 5 star hotel in a beautiful location. The restaurant is very very good, high class, but not cheap. At the front of the property you are 100 meters from a huge choice of Italian restaurants and a great lively atmosphere.. The only downside I would say was that after the initial allocation of 4 coffee pods in your room you then had to pay 2 euros per pod thereafter, very petty for a 5 star hotel."

"I can’t say enough about the concierge team! They were able to arrange transfers, boat excursion, taxi…anything we needed with just an email. It was all arranged prior to arrival and was perfect. The afternoon terrace lunches were delicious, especially the gin and tonic experience. And the housekeeping staff exceptional. We had a beautiful room, and I would 100% stay here again if we return to Lake Como"
