"This hotel was too far away from the city. Originally I didn’t think that was an issue, however on the first day, a taxi driver charged us 1200 reales from the bus station to the hotel. Complete rip off! This made us concerned about the amount of money we would be spending on transportation to and from the hotel daily.
The bedding was horrible. Hard mattress, pillows and two flat sheets.
It was not the cleanest. The breakfast buffet had flies around the food.

"As fotos do anúncio não são compatíveis com a realidade da hospedagem. Tivemos dificuldade para localizar a propriedade, para entrar, o proprietário nos atendeu por telefone e enviou uma funcionária que alegou estar de folga. Visivelmente constrangida, nos conduziu até o que seria o espaço pra nos hospedar. Havia bolsão de água e infiltração nas paredes, o chuveiro não tinha registro pra abrir e fechar, ficamos quase uma hora em contato com o proprietário por telefone, tentando nos empurrar...

A proprietária nem quis ouvir a reclamação passando o assunto para funcionária que ignorou e não solucionou o problema. Faltou água (para tomar banho e no vaso sanitário). "1ª Avisamos que chegaríamos após às 2 horas da manhã e não tinha ninguém para atender, ficamos do lado de fora por um bom tempo.
2º Falta de informações e sinalizações distribuída pela pousada.
3º As camas são péssimas, não tem sabonete e o box não possui blindex ou alguma proteção.
4º Café da manhã razoável e a tapioca é paga, só que avisaram depois hahahhaha... "
