"The staff at the reception is terrible - they didn’t offer us any help with luggage, we where with 2 persons on the wheelchairs- also any help.the man at the reception just gave us the keys to the rooms and didn’t explain anything-where are the lifts, WiFi password,time of opening the restaurants, swimming pools, spa, etc. When we were entering our rooms there were many dirty dishes in front of the doors of many rooms which weren’t cleant up till the morning. The aircondition is too weak for so big room and we didn’t sleep whole night because of so high temperature!!!The hotel is close to airport and they don’t have shuttle bus to the airport !! I expected more from 5 stars hotel."

"We booked this hotel with not much expectations as we needed a place to stay while waiting for the last leg of our flight to our destination. We were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very nice; the staff was accommodating; the breakfast was delicious. The value offered for the price was very good. Istanbul is definitely lacking customer service in many places and this place was not one of those."

"I booked a room the way it was advertised but o. The website i was given a room window facing to a wall yes the window was facing a solid wall 1.5 .eyers away .this was not mentioned on the website it said standart but it was not explained what their standarts was. it was kind of cheating. Shame on you .we were going to stay longer but we left after the first night it was like ahortor movie when weopen the curtins please do not fooled by the website .your vacaiton might turn outto be a nightmare. This is for hotel staff please do not wrote words to defend yourself.you were wrong.you had better alot of available room but you were so greedy"
