I was given a different room than it was advertised and pictures. Room and bathroom was tiny, curtains were torn, windows were opening to a place where there was no view other than a wall and no fresh air as this place were covered with walls on every side. It was like a basement, it smell like a basement. I am sure I was given with this room because I booked the room through Expedia.

The pillows were too high and there was no other option staff didn’t respond easily only after three times some brought same type of pillow. Air conditioner temp was unadjustable reduced temperature from 21 to 19 degree centigrade but was too hot unable to sleep. Room and shower were extremely small.

All in all It was a great stay. The Service could be a little more polite and English speaking. The menu and the room service is great but some food has bad quality also it could be more healthy.

Lovely stay for families
Good, clean facilities - a little distant from the new airport, so travel time is very dependent upon traffic - but the hotel is good - nice food and great service.

20-30 mins in taxi from Sabiha Gokcen (SAW), satisfactory for a 1-2 night stay, surrounding area doesn't offer much in terms of entertianment, restaurants etc. Breakfast was uninspiring.

Air conditioner was a little tricky. Place is very clean overall. The bed is on the softer side, which I did not like.

A wonderful ending to our Turkish holiday
This hotel is simply amazing, everything about it from the general ambiance, to the friendly helpful staff,to the rooms and the food, everything is just great. The lobby even has computers connected to the internet 24/7 as well as a printer for guest use which is important if you need to print out travel papers. The food in the morning buffet is good but we highly relied on room service throughout our stay. The hotel is also right next to a supermarket which is the most convenient aspect ever, as well as close to multiple restaurants. It’s not very famous though because many taxis didn’t know it, so we always showed them the address to the hotel but it’s very easy to find. It is also a tiny bit far from some of the famous attractions but is close to a couple of malls and conveniently close to the highway, so it wasn’t a problem. Out of all the hotels we stayed at in Turkey, in all the multiple cities, this is the only hotel I truly and wholeheartedly recommend.

amazing hotel with great staff and quiet area
The hotel is amazing, especially for the price we paid. The staff are very helpful and friendly and speak very well English. The rooms are very comfortable and have very nice complementary coffee and tea and water. The beds are amazing and very comfortable and the view from my room was great. The hotel has an underground parking which is great. Only downside is that you got to pay 35 Tl for the breakfast which can be better. Location is very quiet and you can find a supermarket just across the street and a pastry which is a half minute walking (serves amazing breakfast at good price), a gas station is just down the street and the area is very calm and nice. I highly recommend this hotel and definitely i will stay here again if I travel back.

Is a good hotel for spending a weekend, is at nice place not far from the metro, Unfortunately I forget my iPhone charger , and when I ask to take it back i wait - 2 days to know the final answer that - they can not find the charger... and that is the next costumer maybe is take with him ... I’m little disappointed, because I’m sur edge HK service was before there to clean my room ...enyway , is nice place and recommended to the other guests

Nice and clean business hotel. I barely suggest. You can walk to subway station in the daytime. It is 800 meters away. I prefer taxi for nights. Further, next to the hotel, you'll find a well-known discount market.

I liked the hotel and the comfort in room but did not like a rude receptionist lady who had called me several times for my check out and I did not like the attitude of a kitchen manager over charge me for an omelette I had which should have been free I was told by an assistant in the kitchen

Good hotel near SAW (Istanbul) airport
We had a good stay at this hotel. Hotel staff provided excellent service and advice. Room was clean and comfortable. Not much to see or do in this part of the city, called Kartal, but the hotel is only a 10-minute walk to the Kartal Metro station that can get you other parts of the city quickly and cheaply. We took the Metro and in about 30 minutes we arrived at the Kadikoy station, next to the harbor on the Asian side of the Bosphorus, which has many interesting shops and good restaurants nearby. Hotel is roughly a 15-minute drive from Istanbul's very good secondary airport (SAW), in the southeast of the city.

It is a clean hotel walking distance to Kartal Metro line. But the walking path is not very pleasant. Small industrial location. Room is very clean, but little small. Everything works perfectly in the room. Stuff is friendly. Breakfast is nice.
