Quirky quiet hotel in small village near airport
A missed connection forced an overnight nearby the airport, so this was the choice! It is unclear when the Park Inn by Radisson took over this property but there is a big discrepancy between the interiors of the room I stayed in and maybe some legacy decor in the hallways and public spaces. The restaurant is very dated but the breakfast buffet was fine. Lovely green setting for a quiet day waiting for a flight....

Quick overnight stay on way home. Hotel is located in a quiet area but is handy for the new airport. Staff are friendly and the rooms are comfortable and clean.

We waited an hour for our dinner served after ordering It turned out that the waitress gave our order to her supervisor and the piece of paper laid there for an hour After our warning, the food was rushed by a friendly waiter, named Berat, thanks to him. Though the food served was not exactly what we ordered. Interestingly we went up to our rooms and ordered drinks for room service. It was another hour of wait. Second call was picked up by Berat in the restaurant and he ran up to bring our drinks. (He should be awarded) In summary, such a nice looking restaurant is not functioning just because a poor selection of incapable staff. Berat was heroically trying to cover for them. The rest of our experience about this hotel is positive though.

Stayed at this property overnight before my International flight home, as an alternative to taking an early domestic flight to Istanbul. The property was a /- 15 min taxi ride from Istanbul IST Airport. Arrived around 20.30 and check-in was quick and efficient. Had a light dinner at the Restaurant, which was fine but a little slow on the service as they seemed to be one or two staff less than optimum. Room was a good size and bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was compact but functional. A quick breakfast in the morning and shuttle bus back to the Airport completed my stay. We were far enough away from the Airport to not hear any aircraft noise, and the setting on the edge of a forested area was pleasant enough, with access to a bit of fresh air. There was a nice pool on the premises, but not quite warm enough in the morning to take advantage. Overall, a nice enough stay, and a very viable alternative to the overpriced (and airless) Hotel inside the Airport.

This is probably the closest hotel to the new Istanbul airport, which is far away from the city and there is nothing else around. Has a good restaurant.

Disappointing stay
It was a disappointing quality of service, definitely not close to the level of Radisson properties. A cold yesterday's leftover breakfast 30 minutes past their declared opening time. Dinning restaurant has not been cleaned at least from the day before. Impossible to get a bottle of water from the reception staff. Overpriced shuttle to the airport (double the price of the same class taxi minivan).

Below expectation even for a short stay
We stayed just for a night before our flight and were disappointed. Our room was smelling and clearly smoked in, there was only a total of two firm pillows. No English TV channel, and finally the worst experience for us was that one of the recessed light bulbs was blinking after turning it off (I recorded the video but can't attach here) and we couldn't sleep that night :( The hotel front desk didn't do anything to help. If you are just staying for a night near the airport, there are better and cheaper options nearby! If you are staying for longer this is a very very remote place in a bad suburban area of Istanbul, which I wouldn't stay at again!

I was travelling on business and transfering through Istanbul. Property is only 15mins taxi ride from airport and is a good business hotel - efficient , comfortable , but no frills. Room was a good size and had all the amenities required. Bed was comfortable plenty of room for luggage.

The internet in the room is intermittent and almost not working. It is unacceptable given that the reason most people stay in the hotel is waiting for their next flight. In this situation a reliable internet is a must. Will not book it again.

Really Bad place
This hotel is a terrible, for a Hui noir suite they gave us two cardboard extra beds along a double bed. There was just one towel in room for entire family. There were cats running all over the property making even have a proper meal impossible. Stay away.

Gone down hill a lot in 3 years since I last stayed there. Took over an hr to get lunch. After multiple promises of delivery I ended up cancelling my order. Restaurant staff were terrible. Poor service even though not busy. More interested in checking phones than serving.

The hotel was convenient for the airport but the service was not great. The front desk staff member was very unfriendly, eating while we were being checked in, rude when I asked about a transfer to the airport, even ruder when I canceled the transfer to the airport, which I did because I felt as though he was pocketing the money . Rude yet again when we checked out in the morning. It was the same gentleman at the front desk who was not wearing a name tag so I cannot report specifically who he was.

Great stay
Clean, quiet, comfortable, and good service. It was really nice having dinner in the bar looking out over the pool and green backyard. My only complaint is that after taking the elevator upstairs to my room, I still had to haul my suitcase up or down several stairs. Why put an elevator between floors??

This was just an overnight stop for me, so it was perfect. It was in a small village, so it felt very rural--a bit off the beaten track. Was clean and quite, and the staff was nice.
