Like a Hostel...
There was NO A.C. in my room for 2 nights and it was SO HOT, just UNBEARABLE. I asked for a small fan/ventilator but they did not give me one. They offered me another room but in that room there was a terrible sewer leakage, so I declined that room without hesitating. There was no room service and no room cleaning for the 3 nights. Shower had ONLY a half door, all water going out...next to the toilet...see pic. Electric kettle had rust in it...see pic. TV (not a HDTV BUT VERY OLD) was connected with many old cables (like 15 years ago) with 2 remotes.....see pic. It is a BIG BUILDING that hosts 7 hotels. It is like few hostels, will never ever go there.

Very dirty room, i even found last guess panty in the bedroom, bathroom was awful, i ask several times from reception to clean the room but nothing happen, sofa was dirty, germs everywhere, not worth a penny

very dirty room, noisy. there was no blanket. there were no normal mugs. no pharmacy in the hotel. no normal food. toilet paper lay used in the toilet. There was no shampoo, gel or soap. other people's things in the hotel room. very uncomfortable pillows. raw bed linen.

No hot water
Reasonable price but the room was with no hot water, no toilet paper, WiFi password was not working. No telephone in the room to inform reception. I checked out without any shower.

Putting a water cut-off for shower is beyond acceptance. After being in the shower for approximately 15 min hot water was cut-off! Should the customer carry on showering with cold water? Please do not blame on old building!

Big Hotel 😅
They try but its a huge huge hotel so expect some waiting but having said that they did do all what was requested. So happy 😁 Good TV channels at least . I like it there .. No breakfast covid 😏 Hope this helps

Had to rush to make it to until midnight check in. But they held me 30 mins after a 30 trip from LA Bc their room wasn’t clean. Btw their check in ends at midnight. Front desk dude was talking to his gf(?) while i waited and he was utterly verbally abusive. Towels looked like a dog had it for 15 years before they washed and put in their hotel room. Bed didn’t even have a fitted sheet. There were only two tiny warm water bottles on the counter. They kept the refrigerator empty. No instant coffee or anything to eat. I could as well stay in a homeless persons tent. I’m sure a homeless person would offer me food thou. If i wasn’t dead tired, i would go find another hotel. Or a gas station bathroom or something

We stayed for 1 night here , had to wait a little to check in but not long, rooms very big, my room was clean and tidy, but was at the back of hotel and was a little noisy , but overall a comfortable night for the money and very close to airport

When the electricity in the back front cut off the generators were activated. During the stay it was possible to change rooms if you specified .. we will wait again have a good day

The building itself looks grand (it is huge). The staff at the desk are very helpful, nice and kind. Rooms are very small and need serious renovating. Negatives: the room was dirty, esp. the kitchen sink and the tea pot, there were broken open electric sockets which is a big safety hazard, lights in the bathroom did not work because the light switch was broken (with open wires hanging on the wall), the curtains were very old and poorly hung, all the surfaces were dusty with old dirt spots on them. Positives: bed was comfy, linens were clean, staff were very nice.

We couldn't get our room before 17H40. Have been waiting for about 45 mn. Then we got the room but with a very dirty bathroom a very very dirty WC you understand me. On top of that all the furnitures are very old and broken. And no way to get WIFI. Really a big disappointment.

Was mir gefallen hat war, das es in der nähe restaurants und ein grosses einkaufszentrum gab, was mir nicht gefallen hat, das ich obwohl ich etwas anderes für mehr geld das bekommen habe was günstiger war! es war laut, dreckig und kein stadtblick sondern nur bürofenster!

Otelin konumu ve dışardan görünüşü gayet güzeldi fakat odaların içi çok iç açıcı değildi. Duşakabinin kapısı yoktu banyodaki lavıba tıkandı. Tv yi çalıştıramadık elektrikler ilk etapta yoktu haber verdik daha sonradan yapıldı. Sadece 1 gece kaldığımız için çok dikkat etmedik ama durumlar böyle
