Heavenly experience
It was amazing. The staff was outstanding in their efforts to make sure that I was happy during my stay. Very professional; most polite and friendly. The room was always kept immaculately clean.

Exceptional Stay
One of the best experiences i’ve ever had in my life. Stayed for my wife’s birthday, they made it exceptional and unforgettable. Staff was splendid from the first minute till the end. Surprises, help, joy & gift to my little son.. they simply made everything possible. Best SPA ever.! Definitely come back again for longer stays. Magnificent time at the hearth of Bosphorus..
