Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
ended up at a closed building site unable to find hotel missed the night to stay so had to spend extra money to find a hotel at 2am at night avoide!!

There us no hotel at this address. No one knows the "host" Orhan. I tried to call him ten times prior to my trip. I sent him 3 emails, but he never replied. It's a fraud. I reported this guy to the Turkish police. The police is looking for this suspect. I will send you the police report. I want a full refund. How can I reach Expedia by email? Igor from Toronto.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
it was a fraud..Adress and phone number of this hotel are wrong.. west of money and time. I don't trust Expedia anymore.not recommended for hotel booking at all.

The manager never sent a shuttle to pick me up from the airport and hung up on me when I was finally able to call, so I had to get a room at the airport hotel.
