Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem lebendig Stadtteil in ruhiger Lage und guter Anbindungen zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Verbesserungswürdig ist der Zugang zum Apartment, welcher nur per Bluetooth vom Handy möglich ist. Hierzu war auch zum Anmelden eine Internetverbindung erforderlich.
