Nice hotel
Nice hotel, good rooms and decent breakfast. Prices in bar and restaurant are on the high side. Much cheaper to eat across the road. Wifi was very intermittent and poor though for a hotel of this standard. Sauna and hammam closed due to covid still which was disappointing.

Can’t fault anything major with the hotel apart from swimming pool and sauna/Hamam being closed I guess due to covid restrictions.

It was a pleasant experience. The food was quite good and staff were nice and friendly. If you leave a Do Not Disturb sign on, they will leave a replenishment of the tea bar on the door, which is nice. Recommended if you are visiting the area.

I really liked the hotel from all aspects. The only disadvantage is location. It is literally too far away from any attraction in Istanbul. Renting a car would not help as driving in Istanbul is craziness. Taxis are rip-off. We had to take two or three buses to get to any destination. The average trip time for us was 1 to 1.5 hours. This made our trip to Istanbul a real mess. If you can somehow solve the transportation problem then this hotel would be ideal for you.

Good hotel - recommended
Can’t fault the room, the food or the service. Only one small thing that people need to be aware of. The hotel is between a main road and a highway. The traffic noise is noticeable. Not dominating but lying in bed your are aware of it.

Mixed bag.
The rooms were new, but seemed old. The living room had a fishy smell and the sofa bed was so bad we were not able to use it. We actually moved out after two nights and lost our prepaid rooms for five more nights. The bedroom had a good bed. There was ample space. The club vip was a nice touch and the bell boys were very nice. Reception was adequate, but very cold. Our daughter refused to stay even if we were to have gotten her a separate room with a decent bed. The area is not attractive for tourists, but it was not a struggle to get a cab to other good areas. Will not repeat.

Very expensive this time round!
Did not do room plus breakfast this time as the rate wasn’t cheap so my stay was room only and I brought my own cereal and oat milk - also spa was under refurbishment so I didn’t get the full experience nor did I explore the club levels

Perfect hotel as regarding cleaness, comfort and staff But the swimming pool is very small and the hotel is away from the eurpean part of istanbul which contains most of attractive sites for visiting
