Wonderful hotel

Excellent location, friendly staff, ideal for exploring the city. Close to tram and metro lines. Breakfast is typically continental—a wide range of food, plenty to go round.

Hard pass if you're looking for a smoke free environment. Entry doors are kept wide open and staff stand in them smoking 24/7. Obviously, it infiltrates the entire place. Definitely not a customer service oriented facility.

The stay is ok. Just that the air conditioning seems to have some issue. It blows out hot air instead of cool air. Also, tv screen is distorted. We call the reception to fix it. The tv was fixed but not the air conditioning. They told us outside is cold, therefore it is hot air. But we wanted the room to be cooling not sunna. After some try to communicate with them, they managed to have cool air for us. It seems the air conditioning is centralised control.

J’ai réservé l’hôtel Beethoven et en arrivant à la réception de l’hôtel on me dirige vers l’hôtel Paleria alors que ma réservation était à l’hôtel Beethoven via la plate-forme Expedia. La chambre était glaciale et sentait l’humidité impossible d’y séjourner. Le service etait nul et le déjeuner décevant. On a dû changer d’hôtel dès le lendemain. On a refusé de nous rembourser, une vraie arnaque!!
