Real fraud

the hotel is chaos and dirty and full of lice (bed bugs) when I checked into the hotel they tried to deceive me and give me a single bed room while I booked a double bed room. Then I got a double bed room but it was not the room in their picture but a room on the upper floor and the room was dirty and smelled of cigarettes then when I was going to unpack my things I discovered a lot of lice and insects on the bed. I filmed too many lice or (Bed bugs) and showed them to the reception that I don't want to stay here and I demanded my money back but they refused. They offered me another room but it was also just as dirty. the hotel is really crap and not at all worth spending a single penny there.

Berbat ötesi. Fotoğraftaki oda degildi. Jakuzi konulan odaya duş koymamak nasil bir mantik. Havlu bile yoktu sonradan istedik. Ufacik yorgan koymuşlar sabaha kadar donduk. Klima tv calismiyordu. Otelin dışı dışında gorsellerle uyan hic bisey yok kesinlikle tercih etmeyin. Sokaktan tek fark ustumuze yagmur yagmadi.

I hope the hotel owner/manager give some attention and care to the bed’s condition, washroom maintenance, and smoking policy. The prices are pretty fair for the location, but the room was not actually similar to the photos. I had to change the room because of the noise and condition of the bed snd washroom.

Das Hotel bewirbt sich im Internet und auf Expedia mit 4-Sternen. Zustand und Personal entsprechen dem aber definitiv nicht! Es bewirbt sich mit falschen Bildern, auf die dann eine Enttäuschung wartet. Das Zimmer konnte man nicht abschließen und die Zimmertür hat gewackelt, also einen unsicheren Eindruck gemacht. Die Handtücher waren dreckig mit flecken, braun, gelb, schwarz alles dabei. Es gab ein Fenster. Wenn man dieses öffnete, konnte man da raussteigen und ein geschlossenes Plateau begehen, das eine Verbindung zu einem anderen Zimmer herstellt. Man kann also ganz leicht von dem einen Zimmer in das andere einsteigen - Sicherheit ist etwas anderes, vor allem Nachts, wenn man schlafen möchte, ist das ein Unding! Zimmer ist möbliert mit durchlöcherter Couch, ohne Bodenleisten. Schränke gibt es auch, die völlig ungepflegt sind. Badezimmer ist verdreckt. Die Dusche leckt Wasser, sodass man beim Duschen/Waschen das komplette Bad flutet. Die Klobrille ist verdreckt und macht einen Raststätteneindruck. Das alles bei einem angeblichen 4-Sterne Hotel. Das Zimmer wollte das Hotel nicht wechseln, trotz der Umstände. Expedia Kundenservice auch mehr als unbehilflich in dieser Angelegenheit. Die einzige Empfehlung, die ich aussprechen kann, ist, das Hotel so gut wie irgendwie möglich zu meiden.
