Clean room, nice staff at front desk and concierge. Breakfast was great but there were 2 mornings, our family could not find a table to sit. Housekeeping was very nice in giving us more towels.

Seven Hills Palace & Spa
The room was very clean. Staff tried to tell us tours immediately upon check-in and were upset that we had already booked tours. Not super helpful with directions or other things.

Wyndham Grand Istanbul Kalamis Marina Hotel

Sultanhan Hotel - Special Class
The room was spotless and filled with necessities-shoe polish, coffee and tea and even a minibar. The cleaning lady was available throughout the day and very obliging. I cannot say enough about the reception. They made sure I was comfortable and they arranged for tours and answered questions.
